　　In your February article of "Reflections on the Epidemic", you shared your incisive thoughts and insights about the pandemic.Back then, for many in Turkey, that topic was almost irrelevant, seen as something happening somewhere out there that would never reach our shores; whereas now, the country is almost in a complete lockdown like anywhere else in the world.We have mixed feelings.We would like to do an interview with you and hope to get your support.

　　1.You say you have discovered your purpose in life.How would you describe it? What would be the ultimate message you would like to give to other people?

　　蘭心：每個(gè)人都有使命，只是有的人已經(jīng)找到，而有的人正在找的路上，也有的人完全意識不到自己有使命。當你找到使命，將不再計較生為人的個(gè)人角度承受的一切。你將不再計較失去了什么，經(jīng)受了什么，付出了什么，得到了什么，享受了什么……而是從使命的廣角來(lái)看因緣際會(huì )，看當下經(jīng)受的一切……無(wú)所謂有有多忙，有多辛苦，有多累……在乎的是給身邊的人帶來(lái)了什么，給有緣人帶來(lái)了什么，給世界留下了什么……所有付出的一切，都樂(lè )在其中——踐行使命，本身就是一種巨大的歡喜和享受。

　　此生，我為愛(ài)而生、為愛(ài)而來(lái)，我的使命是——傳播愛(ài)的智慧。作為作家，我希望用覺(jué)悟到的慈悲、思想、智慧去開(kāi)啟人們的愛(ài)的智慧——懂得愛(ài)，發(fā)現愛(ài)，創(chuàng )造愛(ài)，成為愛(ài)，成就愛(ài)，擁有愛(ài)，傳遞愛(ài)。

　　Lan Xin: Everyone has mission, but some people have found, and some people are looking for the road, and some people completely unaware of their mission.When you find your destiny, you'll never mind what you've endured.Let go of what's lost, endured, paid, gained, enjoyed…You will no longer care about what is lost, endured, given, gained, enjoyed…It's about looking at karma, looking at what's going on in the moment, in the broader context of the mission…It doesn't matter how busy, how hard, how tired…What I care about is what I have brought to the people around me, what I have brought to the predestined people, and what I have left to the world…Everything you give, you enjoy it, because fulfilling your mission is itself a great joy and enjoyment.

　　This life, I was born for love, I came for love.My mission is to spread the wisdom of love.As a writer, I hope to unlock people’s wisdom of love —to know it, to discover it, to create it, to be it, to possess it, to deliver it—with the compassion, the thought, the wisdom that I have realized.

　　2.Can we learn more about the DongBa culture? What is the core wisdom of DongBa culture?

　　蘭心：感謝您關(guān)注東巴文化！東巴文化指中國納西民族古老而神秘的文化，它是世界記憶遺產(chǎn)，迄今為止已有2000多年的歷史。主要包括東巴文字、東巴經(jīng)、東巴繪畫(huà)、東巴音樂(lè )、東巴舞蹈、東巴法器和各種祭祀儀式等，其中，東巴象形文字是被譽(yù)為“世界唯一存活著(zhù)的象形文字”。東巴文化主要集中在中國的麗江，麗江因為擁有世界三大文化遺產(chǎn)而成為世界聞名的旅游圣地，東巴文化也受到世界各國學(xué)者的極大關(guān)注。

　　東巴文化是一種宗教文化，信仰萬(wàn)物有靈，東巴法師是東巴文化的主要傳承者，被稱(chēng)為“智者”。我的師父就是東巴法師。東巴文化的核心智慧體現在三個(gè)方面：一、天人合一。意思是人與天地萬(wàn)物是一體的，息息相關(guān)。我們要尊重、愛(ài)護自然，學(xué)會(huì )與自然和諧共存。二、敬天愛(ài)人。意思是敬畏自然，博愛(ài)生命。三、道法自然。意思是萬(wàn)事萬(wàn)物的運行法則都是遵循自然規則的，這個(gè)“道”指自然規律，包括自然之道，社會(huì )之道，為人之道，宇宙之道。

　　Lan Xin: Thank you for your attention to DongBa culture! DongBa culture refers to the ancient and mysterious culture of Na Xi nationality in China.It is a world memory heritage with a history of more than 2,000 years.It mainly includes DongBa scripture, DongBa painting, DongBa music, DongBa dance, DongBa artifacts and various sacrificial ceremonies.Among them, DongBa hieroglyphic script is known as "the only surviving hieroglyphic script in the world".DongBa culture is mainly concentrated in LiJiang, China, which has become a world-famous tourist destination because of its three cultural heritages in the world.DongBa culture has also attracted great attention from scholars all over the world.

　　DongBa culture is a religious culture that believes in animism.DongBa Master is the main inheritor of DongBa culture and is known as the "wise man".My master is DongBa Master, and I am the only female descendant of Dongba culture.

　　The core wisdom of DongBa culture is embodied in three aspects: First, Harmony between Man and Nature.It means that man and the universe are one.We should respect and care for nature and learn to live in harmony with it.Second, respect nature and love life.Third, “Tao” follows nature.It means that everything works by the rules of nature.Including the Tao of nature, the Tao of society, the Tao of man and the Tao of the universe.

　　*.How can the humanity be more compassionate towards the world?

　　蘭心：人類(lèi)對世界的慈悲心，取決于每個(gè)人本身的心靈層次。無(wú)論人種、民族、國家的不同，人類(lèi)都是一個(gè)共同體，在他人身上發(fā)生的事，都有可能發(fā)生在自己身上。如果每個(gè)人有同理心，能感同身受別人的苦難，以慈悲心看待、對待，那么，福來(lái)福往，同樣會(huì )得到慈悲的對待。反之，我們怎能奢望得到他人的慈悲呢？

　　事實(shí)上，愛(ài)是無(wú)界的。想被世界寬待，先善待眾生；想遇見(jiàn)心想事成的自己，先讓慈悲和大愛(ài)住進(jìn)心里。

　　Lan Xin: Human compassion for the world depends on the spiritual level of each individual.Regardless of race, nation and country, human beings are a community.Whatever happens to others, may happen to us.If everyone has empathy, empathizes with the suffering of others, and treats them with compassion, then happiness will be treated with compassion.On the contrary, how can we expect mercy from others?

　　In fact, love have no bounds.If you would be treated kindly by the world, be kind to all; If you want to meet the person you want to be, let compassion and great love live in your heart first.

　　4.You are writing about the wisdom of love; how did your mindfulness journey start and how did you progress? Would you share with us your current state of mindfulness?

　　土耳其《第三只眼》雜志：您寫(xiě)的是愛(ài)的智慧;您的正念之旅是如何開(kāi)始的？您是如何精進(jìn)的?能和我們分享一下您目前的正念狀態(tài)嗎?

　　蘭心：從出生以來(lái)，我的人生發(fā)生了無(wú)數的奇遇，都是關(guān)于“愛(ài)”的。我在奇遇中飛速地精進(jìn)，領(lǐng)悟，覺(jué)知。與此同時(shí)，我每天通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò )平臺發(fā)布短文給讀者，每條閱讀上百萬(wàn)，有時(shí)候上千萬(wàn)。我和讀者朋友們雖然未曾謀面，但僅通過(guò)我的文字和照片，就能敏銳感知到我內心想傳遞給大家的愛(ài)，懂得我靈魂深處的慈悲。

　　這一切，都促成了我逐漸找到自己的使命。終于有一天，我有了一次神奇的體證，瞬間證悟到了自己的使命。

　　我有與生俱來(lái)的超感力，后來(lái)因為深入修習中國的傳統文化：儒、釋、道，我集眾家之長(cháng)融匯貫通，我領(lǐng)悟到：所有宗教的核心是“愛(ài)”，愛(ài)是超越任何宗教之上的最高智慧。

　　人生是一個(gè)不斷尋找自己、成為自己的過(guò)程，在這個(gè)過(guò)程中，是從“小我”到“大我”再到“超我”的成長(cháng)過(guò)程，如今的我，心無(wú)界，意無(wú)界，愛(ài)無(wú)界，從曾經(jīng)心里只住著(zhù)自己的小女子蘭心到如今心里住著(zhù)眾生和神靈的蘭心。

　　Lan Xin: Since I was born, a lot of amazing things have happened in my life, all about love.These amazing things and meetings have brought me to a rapid pace of comprehension and awareness.At the same time, I write short articles to readers every day through the online platform, reading millions, sometimes tens of millions.My readers and I have never met, but through my words and photos alone, they are keenly aware of the love and compassion that my heart wants to convey to them.

　　All these contributed to my gradually finding my own mission.Finally, one day, I had a magical body proof, instant proof to realize their mission.

　　I was born with extrasensory.Later, through deep study of traditional Chinese culture: Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, I combined these strengths and realized that the core of all religions is love, and love is the highest wisdom above any religion.

　　Life is a process of finding and becoming yourself.In this process, I grow up from the "ego" to the "superego".Now I have no boundaries in heart, mind and love.

　　*.At a time when the apocalyptic movies suddenly look so real, In your previous article you wrote: "Natural and man-made disasters are warnings that suggest something to the humanity.” What do you reckon might happen unless people do not take heed to such warnings?

　　蘭心：人類(lèi)總以為，那些災難片和我們無(wú)關(guān)，不會(huì )發(fā)生在我們身上。而這次的疫情讓全人類(lèi)都親身上演史無(wú)前例的災難片，我們都是災難片中的一分子。萬(wàn)物一體，人與自然，人與天地萬(wàn)物應該和諧共存。若人們無(wú)視警告，災難會(huì )繼續，甚至蔓延，人類(lèi)將一直陷入不安全、不安穩的困境中。

　　Lan Xin: Human beings always think that those disaster movies have nothing to do with us and won't happen to us.And this outbreak has brought humanity into the midst of an unprecedented disaster movie.We are all part of it.All things are one, man and nature, man and heaven and earth should coexist harmoniously.If people ignore the warnings, disasters will continue and even spread, and mankind will remain in a precarious situation of insecurity and instability.

　　6.Looking at this global incident from the standpoint of “All things have a soul”, is it a conflict between nature and man? Could we call it a clash between souls? How could a unity be achieved?

　　土耳其《第三只眼》雜志：站在“萬(wàn)物皆有靈”的立場(chǎng)來(lái)看待這一全球性事件，這是一種人與自然的沖突嗎？我們能稱(chēng)之為靈魂間的沖突嗎？怎樣才能達到和諧統一呢?

　　蘭心：正如上面談到的“東巴文化”核心智慧所說(shuō)“萬(wàn)物皆有靈”，眾生平等，當人類(lèi)過(guò)度攫取、破壞、傷害自然，沖突就勢必會(huì )發(fā)生。這次的疫情就是自然對人類(lèi)的警醒。不只是靈魂之間的沖突，也是生命之間的沖突，是維度之間的沖突。

　　人類(lèi)應該在災難中反思，人與自然、天地萬(wàn)物之間應該相互尊重，相互依存，互存敬畏，互不侵犯，才能和諧安寧。

　　Lan Xin: As the core wisdom of "DongBa culture" mentioned above says, "Everything has spirit".All beings are equal.When human beings overdo, destroy and injure nature, conflicts are bound to occur.This outbreak is nature's wake-up call to humanity.It's not just conflict between souls, it's conflict between lives, a conflict between dimensions.

　　Human beings should reflect in the midst of disasters.Only relying each other, and respecting each other, we can live in harmony and tranquility.

　　*.Can people still find heaven on earth while the world is in such turmoil? If “yes”, then how? If “no”, then why not?

　　土耳其《第三只眼》雜志：世界如此動(dòng)蕩，人們還能在人間找到天堂嗎?如果“能”，那么應該怎么做?如果“不能”，那為什么不能呢?

　　蘭心：其實(shí)，人類(lèi)能否在人間找到天堂——取決于人類(lèi)本身。天災人禍提示人類(lèi)應斷惡，修善，掌控貪、嗔、癡，珍惜當下，知足常樂(lè )，寬待世界，就能找到身心靈的凈土，擁有美好的世界。

　　Lan Xin: In fact, whether human beings can find paradise on earth depends on human beings.Natural and man-made disasters suggest that human beings should break away from evil, practice good, control greed, anger and delusion, cherish the present, be content with enough, and be tolerant to the world, so as to find a pure land of body and mind have a beautiful world.

　　8.How did the public psyche fare in the course of the epidemic? How did people get through the process？

　　土耳其《第三只眼》雜志：在疫情的過(guò)程中，中國的公眾心理如何呢?人們是如何度過(guò)這個(gè)過(guò)程的？

　　蘭心：中國人民和全世界的人民一樣，疫情剛來(lái)臨時(shí)，我們也感到恐慌和擔憂(yōu)，但隨著(zhù)疫情逐步得到控制，大家的心慢慢放松下來(lái)了。中國人民非常配合國家防控疫情的建議，這也是疫情在中國能得到控制的原因之一。

　　從心理學(xué)角度來(lái)說(shuō)，當人處于優(yōu)越、安逸的環(huán)境中時(shí)，心反而不容易滿(mǎn)足，怨天尤人。而當我們的生命健康面臨突如其來(lái)的危險，突然意識到人生無(wú)常，一切都是浮云，生命、健康、平安是最重要的。我們在家里不能出門(mén)，突然意識到正常的生活是多么地珍貴！大自然是多么地美！陽(yáng)光、空氣、美好的環(huán)境，是上天的恩賜！疫情之前，每個(gè)人想得很多，而疫情之下，活著(zhù)——成了人們當下最大的心愿！

　　Lan Xin: Like the people all over the world, Chinese people felt panic and worry when the epidemic first came.But as the epidemic has gradually been brought under control, people's hearts have been relaxed.The Chinese people have been very cooperative with the national advice on epidemic prevention and control, which is one of the reasons why the epidemic has been brought under control in China.

　　From psychological point of view, when people are in a privileged and comfortable environment, the heart is not easy to meet, blame.And when our life and health face sudden danger, suddenly realize that life is impermanent, everything is floating clouds, life, health and peace are the most important.We can't go out at home and suddenly realize how precious normal life is! How beautiful nature is! Sunshine, air and beautiful environment are gifts from nature! Before the epidemic, everyone thought a lot, and under the epidemic, to live has become the greatest wish of people at present!

　　*.And, how did you get through this process, what could you tell us about your self-isolation process, what things have you become more mindful about?

　　土耳其《第三只眼》雜志：你是如何度過(guò)這個(gè)過(guò)程的，你能告訴我們你的自我隔離過(guò)程是怎樣的，你對哪些事情更加在意了?

　　蘭心：疫情最嚴重的那段時(shí)間，我和所有中國人民一樣在家隔離，我在家寫(xiě)作，基本上不出門(mén)。好在電商和物流帶給我們大大的便利，生活用品可以網(wǎng)購?？赡苡捎谖沂亲骷业脑?，平時(shí)養成了在電腦和手機上工作的習慣，也習慣了獨處。所以相對于有的人來(lái)說(shuō)，我稍微習慣一點(diǎn)。令我非常感動(dòng)的是我收到了來(lái)自各國的國際作家好友的問(wèn)候和關(guān)心。尤其在二月份時(shí)，土耳其的國際作家Nurduran Duman考慮到我不能出門(mén)欣賞春天的美，特意拍了土耳其很多美麗的風(fēng)景照給我，讓我感受春天之美。我們相識于中國，相知于無(wú)國界的交流，她非常慈悲，非常大智慧，我們的友誼印證了“愛(ài)無(wú)界，鏈蒼穹”。

　　在這個(gè)過(guò)程中，我不斷在反思自我，反思人類(lèi)。我更加珍愛(ài)生命，更加享受每一個(gè)當下，更加珍惜親人朋友之間的愛(ài)，也更加意識到了自己的使命。

　　Lan Xin: At the height of the epidemic, Like all Chinese people, I was quarantined at home.I wrote at home.Fortunately, e-commerce and logistics bring us great convenience and daily necessities can be purchased online.Maybe because I am writer, I have developed the habit of working on the computer and mobile phone, and also used to being alone.So I'm a little bit more used to it than some people.To my great touch, I have received greetings and concerns from friends of international writers from many countries.In particular, in February, Turkish international writer Nurduran Duman took into account that I could not go out to enjoy the beauty of spring, so he specially photographed many beautiful landscapes in Turkey for me to feel the beauty of spring.We met in China, then understood each other in the borderless exchange, she is very compassionate and wise! Our friendship proves that love knows no bounds.

　　In this process, I was constantly reflecting on myself and humanity.I cherish my life more, enjoy every moment more, cherish love between my family and friends more, and realize my mission more.

　　10.All this social distancing we have imposed on ourselves, which will likely continue for a while, is seeping all the way down into our neurons, how will love as we know it be restored or what will it turn into?

　　11.How is the situation in China now?

　　蘭心：在過(guò)去的幾個(gè)月中，中國的疫情基本得到了控制，人們開(kāi)始恢復了正常的生活和工作，整個(gè)社會(huì )的緊張心態(tài)也逐漸得以平復。這是前面幾個(gè)月中國的基本狀況。很遺憾的是，最近，由于中國有境外病例輸入，個(gè)別城市出現了疫情反復現象，國家正在采取嚴格管控措施，我們相信在不久的將來(lái)，中國人民團結一致一定能戰勝疫情，都回到正常的生活狀態(tài)?。
