柯求卓越美譽(yù)十載—柯尼卡美能達十年路

　　【IT168 專(zhuān)訪(fǎng)】2015年11月12日，柯尼卡美能達以“柯求卓越 美譽(yù)十載”為主題的十周年媒體溝通會(huì )在上海隆重舉行。十年間，柯尼卡美能達親歷了中國復合機市場(chǎng)從模擬到數碼、從黑白到彩色的發(fā)展道路，也見(jiàn)證了中國OA市場(chǎng)的快速發(fā)展。在這十年間，柯尼卡美能達從行業(yè)新秀發(fā)展成為了中國復合機市場(chǎng)的領(lǐng)導品牌、在彩色商務(wù)領(lǐng)域、數字印刷領(lǐng)域及商務(wù)增值解決方案領(lǐng)域連續多年斬獲行業(yè)細分市場(chǎng)第一的桂冠。在此，我們采訪(fǎng)了柯尼卡美能達辦公系統(中國)有限公司董事長(cháng)岡本圭司先生、董事/副總經(jīng)理鐘登根先生和市場(chǎng)部部長(cháng)凌蕓女士，一起分享柯尼卡美能達十年間的那些事。

　　回顧十年輝煌之路，柯尼卡美能達進(jìn)行了兩次重大變革：這兩次變革令柯尼卡美能達不但成為了“中國A3彩色數碼復合機市場(chǎng)”的領(lǐng)導者，也成功從硬件供應商轉型為“商務(wù)解決方案增值服務(wù)商”。2005年11月公司剛一成立，就向市場(chǎng)推出了第一款全彩色數碼復合機bizhub C350，隨后又推出bizhub系列A3中高速彩機，應用特有的印寶瓏技術(shù)，以及適合中小型企業(yè)使用的入門(mén)彩機，隨著(zhù)中國市場(chǎng)的不斷發(fā)展，更是在2014年推出了針對中國用戶(hù)定制的“景泰藍”A3彩色數碼復合機……鐘登根先生回憶企業(yè)成立之初是介紹說(shuō)，當時(shí)在中國幾乎沒(méi)有彩色市場(chǎng)。為了讓經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商和用戶(hù)了解彩色商務(wù)的前景，在全國范圍內推出“彩色風(fēng)暴”、“彩色颶風(fēng)”系列彩色商務(wù)推廣活動(dòng)，并在全國每年舉辦300場(chǎng)-400場(chǎng)以“彩色革命”為主題的巡展活動(dòng)，可以說(shuō)柯尼卡美能達就是中國彩色市場(chǎng)的開(kāi)拓者。

　　隨著(zhù)中國用戶(hù)需求的變化，硬件與軟件相結合的服務(wù)方式逐漸受到了行業(yè)用戶(hù)的關(guān)注。對此，柯尼卡美能達于2010年率先提出從硬件供應商轉變?yōu)椤吧虅?wù)解決方案增值服務(wù)商”，借助“解決方案”切入各行業(yè)客戶(hù)的工作流，并提供定制化的行業(yè)解決方案。市場(chǎng)部部長(cháng)凌蕓女士介紹說(shuō)，如今在整個(gè)行業(yè)規劃上已經(jīng)實(shí)現精細化管理。在橫向上柯尼卡美能達可以根據公司規模提供不同的產(chǎn)品服務(wù)，同時(shí)公司還成立了“GMA”(全球大客戶(hù))與“CMA”(中國大客戶(hù))部門(mén)，為跨國企業(yè)與本土大客戶(hù)提供有針對性的商務(wù)增值解決方案。縱向上可以根據各個(gè)行業(yè)的特殊需求推出專(zhuān)業(yè)化的服務(wù)。如今，在醫療、金融保險、制造、物流、教育等行業(yè)，柯尼卡美能達的彩色商務(wù)解決方案已經(jīng)成為了業(yè)界標桿。

　　彈指十年間，柯尼卡美能達之所以能推行如此巨大的變革，與企業(yè)深厚的文化淵源不無(wú)關(guān)聯(lián)。柯尼卡美能達的企業(yè)口號是“創(chuàng )意改變世界”，隨后又提出“一切以客戶(hù)為中心”的企業(yè)服務(wù)理念。岡本圭司董事長(cháng)表示：“這就意味著(zhù)柯尼卡美能達必須領(lǐng)先于行業(yè)的其他競爭對手，我們要有新的理念和創(chuàng )新的想法，并把它們變成一些有形的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)，再服務(wù)于我們的客戶(hù)。”正是在這種理念的指導下，柯尼卡美能達十年的轉型都圍繞著(zhù)用戶(hù)的需求展開(kāi)，這也是企業(yè)在日益變化競爭中保持不敗的秘訣。
