外國人如何續簽簽證？
After entering the country, foreigners may change the reasons for staying, give entry convenience according to state regulations, or need to stay in groups due to objective reasons after entering the country with new passports or group visas.

For foreigners who can change the reason for stay or give entry convenience according to the state regulations after entering the country, or who need to apply for a change of ordinary visa for a group stay after entering the country with a new passport or group visa due to objective reasons, the following supporting materials shall be submitted:
對外國人入境后根據國度規定能夠變動(dòng)停留事由、賜與入境便當或者因換持新護照、持團體簽證入境后因為客不雅原因需要分團停留申請換發(fā)通俗簽證，應當提交下列證明質(zhì)料：
1. To apply for the renewal of Visa F, a letter of certification issued by the inviting unit shall be submitted. A zero, one, two or more visas with entry validity of no more than one year and stay duration of no more than 180 days may be renewed. For those who meet the national regulations on high-level foreign talents and investors, multiple visas with entry validity of no more than 5 years and stay period of no more than 180 days may be issued.
1.申請換發(fā)F字簽證，應當提交邀請單元出具的證明信件，能夠換發(fā)入境有效期不超越1年，停留期不超越180日的零次、一次、二次或者屢次簽證。對契合國度有關(guān)外國高條理人才和投資者規定的人員，能夠換發(fā)入境有效期不超越5年、停留期不超越180日的屢次簽證。
2. To apply for a new J2 visa, a letter of certification issued by the foreign affairs department of the provincial people's government shall be submitted. A zero visa with a stay of no more than *0 days can be renewed.
2.申請換發(fā)J2字簽證，應當提交省級人民政府外事部分出具的證明信件。能夠換發(fā)停留期不超越*0日的零次簽證。
*. To apply for the renewal of Visa M, a letter of certification issued by the inviting unit shall be submitted. A zero, one, two or more visas with entry validity of no more than one year and stay duration of no more than 180 days may be renewed.
*.申請換發(fā)M字簽證，應當提交邀請單元出具的證明信件，能夠換發(fā)入境有效期不超越1年，停留期不超越180日的零次、一次、二次或者屢次簽證。
4. To apply for the renewal of a Q2 visa, a letter issued by the person being visited, proof of identity and proof of family membership shall be submitted. A zero, one, two or multiple visa may be renewed for entry with a validity period of no more than one year and a stay period of no more than 180 days.
4.申請換發(fā)Q2字簽證，應當提交被探望人出具的信件、身份證明、家庭成員關(guān)系證明。能夠換發(fā)入境有效期不超越1年，停留期不超越180日的零次、一次、二次或者屢次簽證。
5. To apply for the renewal of Visa R, the applicant shall submit evidentiary materials conforming to the conditions and requirements for the introduction of high-level foreign talents and urgently needed and scarce specialized talents determined by the competent authorities of the Chinese Government, as well as evidentiary letters issued by the inviting and receiving units. A zero, one, two or more times visa may be renewed with an entry validity of no more than 5 years and a stay of no more than 180 days.
5.申請換發(fā)R字簽證，應當提交契合中國政府主管部分確定的外國高條理人才和急需緊缺專(zhuān)門(mén)人才引進(jìn)前提和要求規定的證明質(zhì)料以及邀請、接待單元出具的證明信件。能夠換發(fā)入境有效期不超越5年，停留期不超越180日的零次、一次、二次或者屢次簽證。
*. To apply for a new S2 visa, the family visitor shall submit the letter issued by the person being visited, the foreigner's residence certificate and the family member relationship certificate. Other personnel shall submit relevant evidentiary materials with humanitarian reasons. A zero or one time visa with an entry validity of no more than * months and a stay of no more than 180 days may be renewed.
*.申請換發(fā)S2字簽證，投親人員應當提交被探望人出具的信件、外國人居留證件和家庭成員關(guān)系證明。其別人員應當提交具有人道原因的相關(guān)證明質(zhì)料。能夠換發(fā)入境有效期不超越*個(gè)月，停留期不超越180日的零次或者一次簽證。
7. To apply for a new X2 visa, a letter issued by an education and training institution in China and a certificate of admission and enrollment shall be submitted. A zero, one, or two visa may be renewed, with an entry validity of no more than one year and a stay of no more than 180 days.
7.申請換發(fā)X2字簽證，應當提交中國境內教育、培訓機構出具的信件和登科、入學(xué)證明，能夠換發(fā)入境有效期不超越1年，停留期不超越180日的零次、一次或者二次簽證。
8. Foreigners who change their passports because their passports are about to expire or their visa pages are exhausted shall submit the passports they held at the time of entry or the relevant certificates issued by the embassies and consulates of their home countries that have withdrawn their passports at the time of entry. They may change visas that are consistent with the original visa type, entry validity period, stay period and the remaining valid entry times of the original visa. The number of visas shall be renewed according to the remaining valid entry times of the original visa.
8.外國人因護照即將到期或者簽證頁(yè)用完等情況換持新護照的，應當提交本次入境時(shí)所持護照或者所屬?lài)v華使領(lǐng)館出具的已收回本次入境時(shí)所持護照的相關(guān)證明，能夠換發(fā)與原簽證品種、入境有效期、停留期限以及原簽證剩余有效入境次數一致的簽證。簽證次數按原簽證剩余有效入境次數換發(fā)。
9. After entering the country, foreigners who add companions shall submit their passports held at the time of entry, and their birth certificates may be renewed with reference to the preceding provisions of this Article.
9.外國人入境后增加同行人的，應當提交本次入境時(shí)所持護照，同行人的出生證明，能夠參照本條前述規定換發(fā)簽證。
10. Foreigners who apply for a group stay with a group visa shall submit documents such as letters of proof from the reception travel agency. It may be renewed with reference to the foregoing provisions of this Article.
10.外國人持團體簽證入境申請分團停留的，應當提交接待游覽社證明信件等質(zhì)料。能夠參照本條前述規定換發(fā)。
The duration of visa renewal shall not exceed 1 year in a row since the date of entry.
簽證換發(fā)的停留期自本次入境之日起持續累計不超越1年。
