The Chinese embassy in Tokyo announced Tuesday that it had suspended processing and issuing regular visas for Japanese citizens to visit China. The suspension took effect on Tuesday, and it has not been announced when the services would resume, the embassy said in a statement.
10日晚，中國駐日本大使館發(fā)布通知： 自本日起，中國駐日本使領(lǐng)館暫停審發(fā)日本公民赴華通俗簽證。何時(shí)恢復，請候通知。
The Chinese embassy in Seoul said in a statement on Tuesday that short-term visas for South Koreans to visit China for business, tourism and other personal affairs will be suspended. Adjustment of the suspension will not be considered until South Korea lifts its discriminatory requirements for travelers from China to enter the country, the statement said.
10日早些時(shí)候，中國駐韓國大使館也發(fā)布關(guān)于暫停簽發(fā)韓國公民赴華短期簽證的通知。 通知顯示，按照國內指示，自本日起，中國駐韓國使領(lǐng)館暫停簽發(fā)韓國公民赴華拜候、商務(wù)、旅游、就醫、過(guò)境以及一般私家事務(wù)類(lèi)短期簽證。上述辦法將視韓國對華蔑視性入境限造辦法打消情況再做調整。
外交部：
堅定反對蔑視性入境限造并采納對等辦法
在 10日下戰書(shū)舉行的外交部發(fā)言人例行記者會(huì )上，汪文斌暗示：
Since China announced the decision to manage COVID-19 with measures against Class-B infectious diseases and adopted provisional measures on cross-border travel,?many countries have expressed their welcome, but a few countries have announced entry restriction measures targeting travelers from China. With the utmost sincerity, the Chinese side had fact-based communication with the countries concerned and elaborated on our science-based and reasonable COVID measures refinement and China’s current COVID situation. Regrettably, a handful of countries, in disregard of science, facts and their actual epidemic situation, have insisted on taking discriminatory entry restriction measures targeting China. China firmly rejects this and will take reciprocal measures.
中方發(fā)布新冠病毒傳染“乙類(lèi)乙管”總體計劃和中外人員往來(lái)暫行辦法之后，多國亮相予以歡送。但也有少數國度頒布發(fā)表對來(lái)自中國的旅客采納入境限造辦法，對其中方以更大誠意，本實(shí)在事求是的立場(chǎng)，與有關(guān)國度停止了充實(shí)溝通，詳細介紹中方優(yōu)化調整防疫辦法的科學(xué)性、合理性和中國當前的國內疫情形勢。但令人遺憾的是 少數國度罔顧科學(xué)事實(shí)和本國疫情現實(shí)，仍執意針對中國采納蔑視性入境限造辦法。對其中方堅定反對并采納對等辦法。
We once again call on relevant countries to make sure that their COVID response measures are fact-based, science-based and proportionate. COVID response should not be used as a pretext for political manipulation. It should not be discriminatory and should not affect normal cross-border travel and people-to-people exchange and cooperation.
我們再次呼吁相關(guān)國度處置實(shí)動(dòng)身，科學(xué)適度造定防疫辦法，不該借機搞政治操弄，不該有蔑視性做法，不該影響國度間一般的人員交往和交換合做。
